Starbucks in Bulgaria
Hello everyone!
I know you know Starbucks. But you don't know everything, especially for the brand in Bulgaria.
So let's go :)
There are Strbucks coffee shops in Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv.
There are 7 Starbucks cafes located in Sofia - the capital. That means it is some kind of landmark here. :).
You can find a Starbucks coffee shop in :
1.Ring mall
2.Paradise center
3.Bulgaria mall
4.The Mall
5.boulevard Vasil Levski
6.Saborna street
7. Gurko street
Yesterday I went to one of these places. I am a big fan of the coffee and the first time I had one was in 2014 year - 5 years now.
The place I were was number 5 - boulevard Vasil Levski. The shop is located right next to the National Palace of Culture and it have a wonderful landscape from outside. This is my favourite place because there is not only a gret view but also a subway.
Vitoshka street - one of the most visited places in Sofia, full of cafes and shops for cosmetics, clothes and souvenirs, is just 3 minutes away from here with walking.
Inside the shop is not very big but offers a variety of cups and coffee bags which you can buy for home. Also you can buy different salads, smoothies, cakes and biscuits.
The best part is the code you get after paying for the WC. So only if you are a customer you can go in.
The big wide windows are making the place more cosy and friendly.
I travel a lot and I know that there are tricks in what you are ordering and what you are receiving. But like many other famous brands Starbucks here is not the same as you are expecting.
So the tricks I know :
Do Not order something you read about in american or other english site - you won't recieve it.
Do Not ask them to help you - they won't.
If are expecting to have your name on the cup - SAY it.
If you are expecting to have a great cup of coffee you should say the following :
- the special kind of coffee
- the special kind of milk you'd like
- the special syrup you'd like
- anything special that they should do
They don't have free plastic straws anymore which is very cool.
I have read a lot of the secret recipes and I know that this is working out there, but here - it doesn't.
I recommed you read the secret menu on Google and than order almost the same thing but always have in mind that there are a lot of ingredients they don't have here, and don't be sad about. Just do it your way and enjoy it.

The coffee I drink is Hot White Moca with raspberry syrup and cinnamon. I also add a lot of brown sugar.
Also you can add white sugar, sweetener, chocolate or vanilla.
The price for two mid coffees like that is 13 leva - 7,5 Euro.
The price for two large coffees like that is 18 leva - 9 Euro.
